Stocks always go over the round number a tick or two, come back to say 4.8c or 4.9c, then back back over, allowing for a double dip scalp for traders, and they know it so it self fulfills so to speak
2.8m buy at 4.8c took out 4.8c line and the capper disappeared
Back to 4.9c then back to 5.1c on the buy side again as predicted
Should be a big push now.
