You could be right. I had in mind the international licence was valid longer, but have no proof of that. I do know that Lepidico made an announcement last year
"Regional exclusivity clauses with third party licensees of Lepidico’s process technologies expired
early in the September 2020 quarter."

To me it doesn't matter either way. At the end of the day, if a company wants to use a licence they have to go through the process of DD and demonstrate to Lepidico the project stacks up. There is a vetting process.
