Fair enough but agents inspect once every 6 months and don't look at many things and don't ask questions. I visit my places a lot more regular than that and I speak to them via email and messenger asking them of any problems that might be arising and get on to it straight away. I also have RACV emergency assist on one of the houses which gives the 5 or 7 call outs a year. They can use it whenever they like and don't have to call me first. Has been used after a couple of storms.
I have rented quite a few properties and the so called property managers are usually 18-25 year old women that don't really have an interest in whats going on. When we had major issues nothing was ever really done.
