Enclosed please find Secondary Trading Notice and Appendix 3B in respect of the allotment of 15,800,000 fully paid shares comprising a portion of the total placement of 35,000,000 fully paid shares.
Due to the geographical diversity of the recipients, the placement is settling in a series of tranches expected to be completed by early next week.
On 13 September 2005, the Company announced the proposed issue of 35 million fully paid ordinary shares at AUD$2.20 cents per share to raise AUD$77,000,000.
Of the total placement, 15,800,000 shares were allotted today with the balance expected to settle shortly.
National Bank Financial Inc, based in Toronto, acted as lead agent together with RBC Securities Australia Limited.
