Ronraine I understand in the Ann 23/01/12that Mr Garbutt stated "The directors of Hawthorn intend to proceed with the Corporate Restructure"........even after the JV or whatever Legacy Term Sheet debacle.
In that Ann he went on to state "Hawthorn will keep the market informed of material developments". Well I will be a monkey's uncle......SHs get it again. Pump more money in HAW for restructure
'The (SPP) will allow existing shareholders to increase their shareholding in Hawthorn, while the ….NB… "proceeds will provide Hawthorn with working capital in order to" continue its exploration activities and ….NB…." complete the restructure during March 2012".'
Where are the funds going to go if not to the restructure??????
It was good of Mr Garbutt to let the SHs know or as he puts it......"Hawthorn will keep the market informed of material developments".
Where to from here Mr Garbutt?
