Sometime soon a capital raising of 30 million shares.

Fact is every plan from here hinges on the fraccing results of this well so it's not worth looking further than that.
Have a look at the potential upside and decide whether it's worth buying now or waiting for the news and accessing it then.
The problem with CEL is picking on what news the SP will run.
