It isn't material to the share price so no need for any company announcement I guess.

Bernie Kelly is a really nice fellow and I think would be happy to answer any direct questions within reason. I do know that his focus is on delievery of outcomes and also keeping the shareholders better informed on the companies progress.

I think he has a good handle on the business in a very short period of time. I think 3 to 6 months to get the business model he wants down pat and then he will start to deliver.
