    Mulgabill - that $3.76, that doesnt seem to reflect the 22.5c cash on offer. I think it should be $3.98. IMHO, there is still scope for an increase, the drop today was only on the back of news that NCM does not believe it will increase their current offer (except the composition of cash/script). I would expect the SP to hit back above $4 again in the next week or so.
