the two main scenarios work out excellently for AZY
1. Newmont take over NCM and keep the assets --> cash rich business will try and land grab imo ie potential azy takeover or working operatively with AZY to get telfer going and fast track as our gold is shallow to send to tefler
2. Newmont tell it with Forrest being prime candiate to take it over and then imo will similarly work with azy or prob take it over and just dominate the land. The GGP lisiing will faciliate this too in April
