I am not surprised there are no press releases.

The shares are suspended.

The AFR is not the regulator of BIG. BIG answer to the ASX and ASIC.

The AFR raises allegations. ASX and ASIC will be the ones determining if there is a case to answer or not, and if there is a case to answer, they will be the ones giving any sanctions (not the AFR).

Further information will be forthcoming prior to re-listing (assuming it does) from either the company, the ASX and/or ASIC. I would expect these to be facts, and not written in a way to suit a narrative.

BIG did discuss the AFR is their response to the AFR query.

No one can discount the option that BIG are in discussions with their lawyers about AFR articles, and may consider legal action pending the outcome of enquiries by ASIC and ASX.

I don't expect BiG to be issuing a press release every time they are written about in an article.

I await further information from BIG, ASX and/or ASIC.
