So this now calls up this official statement to the ASX from BIG:
"The Company also confirms that that all necessary criminal and background checks were
undertaken for members of its board and senior management, including Mr Richard Evertz,
as required by the ASX Listing Rules. Mr Evertz does not have a criminal record and all
relevant disclosures were made to the market in the prospectus published by the Company
as part of its re-compliance listing in 2014."

If this is not correct, surely ASX must deregister the company and I would imagine there would follow charges for making a false statement, so it's a good question, why the hell would BIG directors sign that?

I am still bemused why a non holder would spend so much time on this if they didn’t have something to gain. Just me
