If you apply logic thought to the current situation you would be confident and believe that BIG UN atm are not doing or saying anything without consultation with their lawyers. The recent announcement would have been viewed and approved by their lawyers before submission to the ASX. Why would anyone make a situation worse by publishing a lie now? IMO it was a clear message to the AFR to watch out for what is to come!
