@Cassandra74....company founders with such large holders will likely never sell on market and hence can only realise their gains through a takeover or Insto/trade sale. the latter is always at a discount as the insto's know they can obtain that better price.

Who can blame founders to take something off the table.

The other perspective is that with Instos buying can only mean they want in and see value at this price. Instos will also have a longer term view and hence I take yesterdays trading as a general positive. Noting the trading range has not been broached to the downside and will likely bounce back today.
