its starting to sound like LF has sold shares and not just a transfer. Well done to him he deserves it. I suspect the whole parcel was to one fund and not multiple funds, if so that's great other funds can start buying on market when the rebalance happens. By the time rebalance happens there might be more news out as well.
Some people might panic with a director selling but just remember people buy and sell these shares very day, we don't panic on these days so should be panicking now. Nothing has changed we still have this lake and catchment, 2 more much bigger ones coming to trails, world bank stuff in the wings, Florida in the wing, making profit, cash in the bank so no need to panic still very bright future. In 4 months time the sp could be over $3. Just remember two words " much bigger"
