i had a very good conversation with wally, the company cfo today, asked a lot of tough questions of which i was very pleased with the responses...

we keep saying it on this site but lum truely is down to its shell value, has no debt, growing revenues from the vertigo acquisition, competent management and a product that despite 99% of the market having written off (lumapanel) could still knock a few peoples socks off with a deal or two.

i have done a heap of investigating on this stock, including contacting overseas industry experts to seek their opinions on the product and what has gone wrong thus far. to my suprise not one person who is in a position to know has told me that lumapanel is a dud product. they all say it should have a niche spot in the outdoor advertising industry. vertigo offer an entire suite of products and do not solely rely on lumapanel but its still not a bad string to have to their bow.

continually discussing the company on this site is pointless, hardly anyone takes any notice but i am as confident as i can be that everything is in place for lum to finally deliver "something".

if a company has growing revenues, low cash burn, no debt, good management and operates in a viable industry then surely there has to be some intrinsic value in the company. at present lum is valued at peanuts for a public company, has accrued some $10 million + in tax losses over its 6 or so years as a public company so that in itself is worth something if it were to be assessed for nothing other than a shell.

i think it has reached the stage where it isnt even speculative anymore. i cant see it going broke anytime soon, and is that dirt cheap that i really think the only way forward is up. still very low script for a 1.6cps stock, one or two deals and it will be a completely different story.
