From the 2011 LNC briefings the message was that there will not be any commercial UCG by LNC in the foreseeable future anywhere in Australia. There is a variety of reasons for this. Chinchilla will remain a small pilot plant. Main development will be overseas, particularly in Wyoming but also other possibilities.
