That is good news. We know Newmount is in trouble and need to raise cash. This sale was coming and many institutions were waiting on the news before they committed on PDN. Some might want to push the SP lower then they could buy cheaper from Newmount.
Now it is final. The SP will go UP from here. Strong buy!!!!!
