It may be a bit too much to say that I had commented anything related to mining in Finland.
I'm interested in environment and fairness of mining companies to people and to investors.
In industry these are related to the term social licence.

You may label me as an activist, I you wish so. My own view of my position is environmentalist.

However, when the Australian and international mining industry
is telling conspiracy theories about "anti-mining activists against everything without any reason",
that is not related reality in Finland and likely not anywhere in the world.
We are educated an civilized people appreciating technology and sensible progress.
The major problems are the long term effects of metal mining and especially mining wastes
and acid mine drainage, which every mining investor should consider with regard to the location.
With this project an more currently there are chemical problems related to the exploration,
we have been revealing with authority processes. There is a major nature conservation
issue with at least one Newpeak site.
We have also very good laws with regard to waters and mining wastes in EU but
there is an unfortunate delay in implementation

If you think it would be worthwhile comment to the company, that may also happen.
On the other hand the company has already got very much comments from civil society
in Finland in the form of appeals and opinions against its permits. If the operating directors
are on the level of their tasks, they have the idea what is going on. There is a minor
possibility, that they have outsourced the process to Finnish consults and there is a lack
of transparency on that step.

I think here the major issue is the communication between company and its shareholders.
The company does not share the information about the problems.
Some of you are angry to me, because I'm telling this and you think its against your property and investments.
This is not my fault, it is Newpeak´s failure.
If you are responsible and sensible investors, you may pay attention, and may avoid further problems.
I respect you opinion. You may do you own research if you wish so. Facts were represented
and can be checked.
