Results from the drilling to calculate size and volume
Higher Li prices.
I read that the CEO CATL see Li prices stabilizing in their recent earnings report, a good sign.
Oil companies are becoming more interested in Li and DLE.
The negative side is, apart from Tesla, carmakers in the U.S. are behind the game.
The positive is both Tesla and Panasonic are in Nevada.
I understand your emotions, it is across the sector.
I am still curious as to why a consolidation now.
The BOD know this would have a negative effect on shareholders and price.
I feel there is another reason other than preparing for a cap raise which is usually the reason for consolidation.

So noting in the real world they already stated why they were consolidating are you now suggesting there are other non disclosed reasons? Are you suggesting they have not acted in accordance with directors responsibilities? Do you think we should get ASIC involved?
