Hi ps. That's an old presentation as the day indicates and you are right re motherhood stuff. Nevertheless I hold on to the same expectation that it is a valuable asset which will produce for a long time for UCL.
Apart from the approval delays, one of the challenges for the year ahead is that it looks like fertilisers are going to come under price pressure. This may make financing a bit harder. We do have an advantage over most other fertiliser projects in that the cost of production is at the low end of the global scale - potential buffer of safety.
