It is an 8% discount to yesterday's closing price, which is in reality a peanuts discount unlike many other cap raises that have had huge discounts.
29 Metals highest price over the last 12 months has been $2.68 and with gold at nearly A$3,000/oz there are a few things going the way of 29 Metals shareholders IMHO.
Much to consider for all 29M shareholders especially since these announcements confirm the major shareholder and directors are taking up their entitlements. That should give retail shareholders some confidence.
