    • ENTERED AN ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH MOSAIC FERTILIZER, LLC (MOSAIC), HOPETOUN CORPORATION AND TUBI USA
    • TOTAL AMOUNT TO BE PAID BY MOSAIC IS US$10 MILLION
    • AGREEMENT TO SELL, TRANSFER & ASSIGN RIGHTS TO TWO MOBILE PLANTS TOGETHER WITH LAB, REELING & STRINGING AND OTHER ASSETS TO MOSAIC
