i think they allready have the cash or spent it and the note holder wanted to convert the money they gave CKK before the average of the sp went up too much as they would get less shares next week if sp keeps going up...which it has too of course...i dont think they will be dumped tomorrow but just in case i will grab some @ 0.15.... i wish.

i could be wrong but i think you can regard the note holder as an investor who put a fair bit of cash into the company and wouldnt really want to crash the sp ....then again i spose if he does drive the sp lower over the next week then he could convert more notes at a bargain price...hmmm wait and see i guess... might put that order in now
