So Pegasus has a year to acquire 20.5% from 06/Feb/23
Hank can acquire 11% as of the 20/April/23 announcement.

What is confusing is The part in announcement 20/April/23 that states

Due to the corporations act and takeover panels regulations, neither Pegasus Growth Capital nor Hank J. Holland will be eligible to acquire ADDITIONAL shares until 31 May 2023

Is this date stipulating that Hank and Pegasus cannot begin purchase of their 11% and 20.5% until it is reached or does it suggest that Hank can buy his 11% before this date and more after?

Anyway 71% is a Shipload.
He is talking about bringing in local influential partners to build the company. I think he mentioned 50% equity. maybe Pegasus/Hank need equity which they can use to bring in these partners without diluting Amaero.

I think eventually Hank will take Amaero into the U.S.market and exit.
