the interesting thing I see from the announcement is as follows:
"A totalof 540,000,000 shares will be issued pursuant to 7.1A. The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank paripassu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company, with Admission and settlement scheduled forFriday, 20 September 2019."
