I believe so, it's been going on in an industrial scale in this and many other stocks. There isn't a more blatant case of market manipulation than this and yet ASIC won't even put down their coffee and donuts for a minute to see it happening all over the place and take some low hanging fruit action to justify and even subsidise their own existence through monetary penalties.
