Just go online - investorvote.com.au and accept the auto chairman as proxy. Obviously if you sell shares prior to the cut off time, your vote will be auto voided...
The control number is 183651 (this is the same number for all SH's ok) and you just put your HIN/SRN# in and make sure you put the X in front of the numbers. (your HIN# is on all share trade confirmations or chess holding statements).
