    • Acquisition of CT Hardware Sdn Bhd (8IH)
    • Private equity division has entered into a subscription and shareholders' agreement with CT Hardware Sdn Bhd
    • Under the agreement, 8IH Global will invest 3.8 million RGT fresh capital in cash into CT Hardware
