    • Restructuring, proposed spin-out & listing of education subs
    • Has appointed professionals to prepare education subsidiary for listing on catalist board of SGX-ST
    • Corporate restructuring of company is expected for education subsidiary ahead of proposed listing
    • 8iH intends to retain controlling equity interest in education subsidiary
    • Spin-off to increase overall financial capacity and access to capital markets for debt and equity funding via separate listed entities in ASX and SGX-ST
