Been thinking maybe it's quite a friendly offer they knew would be knocked back but that raises the SP before the company are seeking finance for capex. Less dilution suits Assore if they're not planning on further investment.Also might encourage other bidders...who knows what's behind it. They surely can't have thought 63 cents would get it done.
I guess we'll find out based on whether they make a serious offer or not. Really anything under $1 is insulting IMO.
