I don't see the reason for the TH, the signing of the ML has been in all the news.
It's now Oct 20, with the ML expected in Sept, so they've had enough time to write up the announcement.
Possibly they want the news released on the AIM before the asx, the stock is fairly illiquid on the asx compared to the UK.
