Any lurkers looking into A11 after today hit your scans?
From the PFS last month
- The study used a long-term average SC6 price of US$1,359/t FOB
- Post-tax NPV of US$1.33bn
- Every US$100/t increase in SC6 price forecast results in an additional 9% increase to the post-tax NPV
PLS latest BMX auction on 24/10 realised equivalent of ~US$8,000/dmt on an SC6.0 CIF
Numbers are staggering at todays prices but even if we halved the amount to US$4,000dmt on an SC6 then A11 NPV increases to US$4B
... and our MC is A$430m. Haha sounds a little out of whack don't you think?
