For those doing annual valuations of their portfolio's there is an interesting end of year quirk. Do you value at the ASX close or LSE year end close?

While the ASX pricing on Friday was based on a very modest 111,773 shares traded, the LSE last day of trading was strong and a more robust 1,191,826 shares traded. At 10x more volume on the last day, it is arguably the more robust price. 37.45/0.564 is however A$0.664. This creates the quirk that Atlantic is effectively both A$0.62 and A$0.664 as a closing end of year price. Although the US market is currently down, there may well be a strong opening next year for the ASX listing of Atlantic as the ASX plays catches up.
