As per A11 website DGR was holding 3.86% or > 23Mio shs on Jan 10th.
They will probably selling every single A11 share for the purpose of funding their oil and gas projects.
So my best guess it could be DGR.
But on the bright side....they will be gone soon, just in time for Ghanaian investment.
Those shares can be paid in any currency, they could choose US$.
