Hmmm, the last sentence literary says "The MCE Ike Lord Ennu, noted that he is optimistic that, next year Atlantic Lithium company would have it commercial operation license". Wasn't the license supposed to be issued in the next couple of months so the project could be in production in late 2024 (or rather early 2025)? Or this is different than the mining license? If not - what's the realistic timeline to production.?
