The mining licence in play isn't on the ground in the Blue Orca accusations. So I'd expect not. It was a real reach IMHO. BO obviously spent ages trying to find issues hoping for an AVZ Part 2 and didn't come up with much at all. I guess they got their 25% retrace, made bank and moved on.
