Got an Atto 3. $3,500 cash back atm with NSW EV rebate which runs out at end of the month. No stamp duty either. They'll prob have an updated one next year, but I need one now. $18k cheaper than the Model Y and I like it more. Slow recharge only downside, but I'm going to be charging it at home overnight 90% of the time anyway.
Would love an Ionic 5 in blue with black leather, coolest looking car in the world IMO, but it's more than the Model Y again and a 3-6 month wait anyways.
Think I'll keep the Atto a year then trade it in for a Tank 300 PHEV - which will give me plenty of EV range for city driving, and awesome 4x4 ability for weekends. Best of both worlds. I'll keep that long term I think.
