My only concern is from a competition perspective, as Comfort bought the WA taxi operations which use cabcharge however I give this a low probability as i'm sure this would have been covered off pre bid. That said, Comfort will have a virtual monopoly on the taxi business domestically so i reckon that they should be paying a higher premium for that.
