I think so too, but why I wanted to find out if any of you fellows are going to the meeting, is to have a yarn about Resolution 4,5 and 6, i.e. allowing the 3 Directors, ( not including Rebecca) to buy $85,000.00's worth. I think it is disgraceful that people who's job it is to deliver shareholder value, ( especially when things are starting to get going ) raise capital ( which I have no problem with) but turn their back on the long term mums and dads and allocate all of the CR to the professionals and themselves. I am going to the meeting with friends and will definitely be voting AGAINST Directors getting those shares. I hope any of you fellows that are not going, do the same thing on your proxy votes.
