They are put forward to ask shareholders permission for their participation in the raise. Anytime Directors dip their own hands in their pockets to back a Company is a positive sign. What I do not like, is that the SP was tanked and now with this SP rise, they are going to effectively double their money, which is part of the reason I am second guessing myself here.

The other thing that also always bothers me is the timing of these things, because these guys would have all the inside knowledge under the sun. Why, for example, did they not dip their hands in their pockets in the previous raise when things looked a bit grimmer ?

Another line though is, there is no way in hell they would apply for shares if things looked going down the drain. So I take that as a positive, and that positive developments may well be on the horizon, which all shareholders can benefit from.
