2.8M shares at $2.50 to raise $7M is 5% dilution. If you fully dilute for 11.25M unlisted options then the dilution is 4%.
As a shareholder I am comfortable having an extra $7M cash in the bank for 4% dilution. At this market cap does it really matter who owns shares and who sells shares? The market will decide the value of A3D based on news flow going forward according to the latest quarterly report including SFP distribution agreements, MFP/LFP prototype and Worley Parsons MOU.
