Thanks for those most recent posts Melua …as usual , very much makes sense .
Some observations in summary :
1) From the most recent ASX Presentation , the top 10 shareholders account for 70% of the issued stock , with no 10 owning 1% . So the top 20 to likely have around 75% .
2) Assuming the placement had to be within the 15% asx limit allowed , then no more than 3 mill new shares could be issued . Thus dilution is absolutely minimal .
3) I assume any SPP issue , if it occurs , will be outside that limit . However , given the very tight Register , will not increase that minimal dilution by much more at all .
4) Provided the Top 20 remain with around that 75% , then the “free float” will not be much more than it was before .
One or two more in the new Top 20 , provided they are solid and sticky , won’t hurt .
5) $7 mill added dollars in the kitty –to push the growing momentum “harder for longer” .
Look out the windscreen ...not the rear vision mirror ! Hindsight now ...but nevertheless good lessons for the future as well !
