The fact Austriod was so quick to offer compensation to Galaxy means something is being hidden and had to be settle quickly and quietly outside the court. Perhaps they knew they had no chance against the Galaxy in the event of a full court proceeding.
ive never heard a company does a take over of the entire target company by buying a few shares off the major shareholders. All shareholders should be compensated at least at the price that Galaxy and Tribecca received.
