    Hey Johncee, Its pretty straight forward, go to their web site , enter A40 into the search engine, it will come as delisted, fill in their form, flat fee of around $150 ,they supply a receipt , they own the shares, you claim the fee and get your capital loss. All over. I lost 62 k, oh well.
