How did you conclude that it is looking expensive on capex? Have you looked at the PFS?
$200mill capex for $265 mill annual cash flow. That’s dirt cheap. If you really think capex will balloon then I doubt you would be wanting to buy even below 15c. Do you really want to buy a company that you believe faces ballooning capex?
Im guessing some traders that sold today are hoping to get back in lower for another trade.
Today’s news de-risks the company further and the DFS will put an end to unsubstantiated talk of ballooning capex. That DFS will wake the market to this stock. I’m expecting there will be buying ahead of that news again. Hopefully more from investors than short term traders.
