I think state govt funding thru the energy fund could contribute more than half the capex. Now we understand Orica is the partner, will be very important for buyers to understand this. I expect now off take to firm up and mid this year we should have a very good understanding of finance. I expect very little from the equity market. I expect capex to optimize as Orica will contribute part of this.
