I believe there was just one Tavistock director on the AACo board back in 2019, and he is still on the board now. I'd suggest this Director failed in his responsibility to protect confidential Company information by disclosing this information to 3rd parties who then tried to use it for financial gain. I'd be surprised if this Director gets to keep his position on the Board, and he should probably just step down now.
