Yep, fully agree.
Sooner or later some of the press will start mentioning the NAV discount as well.
Good luck to any new player trying to aggregate a full 1% of the Australian land-mass at anything close to market prices. And here we are trading at a significant discount to those prices. It's quite bizarre when you think of it like that.
