I am not a chart reader so I don't know much but if you said the chart is bearish combine with bearish fundamental why wouldn't it drop to that level?
that a catalyst for a massive dump wouldn't it? if the fundamental doesn't improve.
Texas makes up 15% of their stores, yes insurance may pay to cover short-term loss but the long-term
economics of these stores could be bad if people are leaving town or move elsewhere to seek temporary accommodation.
Most major hurricanes events in the US result in people leaving those states with reducing population.
They also have a few stores in Florida and we don't know how that will fare either with the recent hurricane.
