Thomas should have stayed imo, she should not have been pushed or if she was traumatised by the even then one needs to consider that the whole of the business world needs to look at the ability if all board members to withstand Post Traumatic Stress Disorders something the Military does not test in recruits before sending them into a theatre of war. Business is a battle ground and maybe selecting women for business battles needs to be re examined instead of trying to appease the women's Libby groups? All comments welcomed.

Well said gillys...but I don’t think roeroc was downrampimg...he just calls it as he sees it...and I had sort of asked for his opinion in replying to a post of yours where u asked for opinions!

Roeroc...well said also....think Weiss may be a bit better in that entertainment area than u think but; and if not, they will get the right people...don’t get as successful as Seymour and Weiss ( maybe not quite as much as former, but splitting hairs) , without being good judges of people.
U make good points about the competitiveness in the American market
